Sugar Free Iced Caramel MacchiatoEverytime I went to Starbucks, I would get a grande Iced Caramel Macchiato. Then, I realized they were super high in sugar so I came up with my own recipe you can make at home.
Healthy MayoI love mayonnaise on my sandwiches but any mayo you buy from the store will have a high fat content and high sugar. So, I wanted to share a healthier mayo alternative you can use for anything.
Baylee's Hearty HummusMy mom and I could eat a whole thing of hummus in one sitting, not knowing how much fat content we are consuming it's still so good. I came up with a healthier hummus, I haven't made it yet but I'm sure it's delicious. I do know that the fat content is way less than store bought.
My Healthy CaramelYou can use this on my recipe "caramel apple nachos", popcorn, frozen yogurt/ice cream.
Celery BoatsCelery and Peanut butter is a classic snack that we have all had, right? This is just an advanced version of that.
Sauceless Zucchini PastaI never thought of the different ways I could use zucchini, then I started searching and found that you can make them into noodles. Healthier & Easier than regular pasta.
Healthy Onion RingsWe all love those greasy onion rings from Sonic and Burger King, right? No Bueno! These are better for you :)
Cake Batter Protein Ice CreamI discovered this stuff called "Muscle Egg", it can be found at any local GNC or Complete Nutrition, also online. There are thousands of recipes that call for it, so its much higher protein foods. SO, if you're craving Ice Cream, pick this over Baskin Robins.
Protein Oat BarsJazzy is my favorite! She has an amazing personality and is very motivational! She also has tons of recipes on her Instagram :) -You can substitute corn syrup for the Brown Rice Syrup
Grain Free Raspberry Almond Butter Chocolate Chip Zucchini BrowniesEasy! Made in One Bowl, and Healthy.
Baylee's "BLT"ACMy sister loves BLT's, thats what she orders anywhere she goes. We all love bacon right? Well why not amp a BLT up a bit.
Sweet Potato Dessert ChipsOn Thanksgiving my family usually makes Loaded Sweet Potatoes and this year instead, we switched it up a little and tried something new. Its also super easy and fast.
Pumpkin SnickerdoodlesThere is no egg in this recipe. Make sure your Baking Soda and Baking Powder are fresh and not expired. White Chocolate chips or chunks are great to use. DO NOT Overmeasure your flour. Chilling the dough is MANDATORY. Most of the ingredients are measured on a food scale in Grams.
Peanut Butter Swirl Protein CheesecakeMost of these ingredients can be found at your local health food store :)
Chocolate & Caramel Pretzel RodsYou can roll the pretzels in toasted pecans or peanuts then dip in chocolate. Try dark chocolate and roll in crushed peppermint. Use white chocolate and sprinkles.

Here’s some quick information regarding how our cookbook platform works, along with a few tips for making the most of cookbooks you add to your library.
What is the Cookbook Café Platform?Cookbook Café is our one-of-a-kind cookbook publisher, marketplace and reader. It empowers everyone to create, market and distribute a cookbook as both a web-based eBook and an iPad app. It also makes it incredibly easy for home cooks to discover and use amazing grassroots cookbooks they won't find anywhere else. Since 2012, we've published thousands of cookbooks authored by home chefs, nonprofit organizations, clubs, brands, etc. Our goal is to democratize cookbook publishing and make it easy to build an online library of amazing grassroots cookbooks.
How do I "download" a cookbook? You don't need to "download" cookbooks or deal with any files. All of the cookbooks you select (free and paid) using Cookbook Café become available to you automatically on any device (computer, tablet or smartphone) whenever you’re logged-in to your free BakeSpace account.
When you see a cookbook you like, simply click the green "Get it Now" button. If you're not logged in to BakeSpace, you'll be asked to login (or join) so the cookbook can be added to your cookbook library. Once in your library, you can access the cookbook anytime, anywhere via BakeSpace.com, as well as our Cookbook Café iPad app.
While you're checking out cookbooks, also take some time to visit other parts of the delicious BakeSpace.com community where you can swap recipes and connect with others who share your passion for food and the culinary lifestyle.
Get ready to enjoy a uniquely smart and social cookbook experience!Once a cookbook is added to your BakeSpace library, our proprietary recipe indexing technology makes it easy for you to find any specific recipe across all of your cookbooks… so there's no need to remember which cookbook contains that perfect recipe. In addition, you can connect directly with each cookbook author, leave comments/reviews and even ask questions about recipe substitutions, history, etc.
Need more info/help or want to provide some feedback? We're happy to help! Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.

My cookbook is based off of recipes that teens would enjoy but in a healthier way. Some are ones that I wrote and have made, some are in the family, and from blogs online. What my goal is, is to incorporate healthier ingredients into recipes so that teenagers and adults can enjoy healthy food that they eat in their everyday life without complaining that healthy food is gross.
