Tuscany Cook's Sweet Potato (Yam) Casserole

Ingredients You'll Need
3 Cups Mashed Yams (2 large cans)
1 ⅓ Cups of Sugar
½ Cup of Softened Butter (1 block)
¼ Cup Milk
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Cup Brown Sugar
½ Cup Flour
⅛ Teaspoon Baking Powder
½ Cup of Butter (1 block)
1 Cup chopped Pecans
Preheat oven to 350°.
Drain the cans of sweet potatoes and empty them into a large bowl. Mash the potatoes with a fork or a potato masher. Add the sugar and butter. Mix well.
Beat the eggs in a small bowl and then add them to the potatoes. Add milk and vanilla. Mix well, then transfer into a pan.
In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, flour and baking soda. Cut in butter with a fork. Add pecans and mix until crumbly.
Spread pecan mixture on top of potatoes. Bake for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
