Favorite Marinade for all things-tofu, chicken, pork, steak

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce (I prefer Kikkoman)
  • 2 t. grated ginger root
  • 2 t. minced garlic
DIRECTIONS
  1. Marinate overnight in ziplock bag, turning in the AM before school.
  2. Discard marinade & grill meat or tofu until desired level of doneness.
  3. Delicious!
